What is Charge-Check?Charge-Check is an all-new accessory designed to provide battery overcharge protection for mobile phones and tablets that helps extend the life of a Lithium-ion battery. How does Charge-Check work?
Charge-Check is designed to extend the life of virtually any mobile phone or tablet battery. It works by protecting the battery from continuing to charge once it approaches 100%. Most people overcharge their phone battery when they plug it in to charge overnight. Even a very low battery will recharge in a few hours. Leaving it plugged in overnight means the battery may continue to trickle charge for several hours. This uses electricity unnecessarily and, over time, it can lead to shortened battery life.
How does Charge-Check connect to my mobile device?Charge-Check simply connects between your mobile phone or tablet, and the manufacturer provided wall charger. Plug in the phone to charge it – even overnight.
Will Charge-Check extend my daily battery life?No. Charge-Check will not extend your daily battery usage or power availability, however, Charge-Check is designed to extend the overall life of your battery.
Will Charge-Check work with IOS products?Charge-Check is compatible with Lithium-ion batteries used in mobile phones and tablets that use a 5V USB charger. Use it with the approved USB charger that came with your phone or tablet.
Can I use Charge-Check with a Quick Charger?Charge -Check is designed to work with a 5V USB power supply i.e. a wall brick charger. Many of the newer Quick Chargers use a higher voltage and will damage the Charge-Check. Since most people charge their phones overnight, simply use a 5V charger and safely charge with Charge-Check.
Can I turn off the LED on Charge-Check while I am charging my phone?a. If you are like most people you plug our phone in to charge the battery overnight. You might even have your device on a bedside table. If the LED light is bothering you simply put your Charge-Check into Night Mode. In Night Mode the LEDs turn off after 10 to 12 seconds.
b. To activate night mode, click the button 7 times, and then hold the button for at least 10 seconds.
c. FYI. Day Mode is the manufacturing default.
How do I restore the manufacturer default settings?a. To restore Default settings, connect to power and then hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds.
b. When the defaults are restored, the LEDS flash back and forth for a moment.
Can I use Charge-Check with a car adapter?You can use it with a car adapter as long as it is compatible with a 5V USB charger.
Will Charge-Check interfere with my product warranty?It should not but, it’s always best to check with your device manufacturer.
What type of mobile devices can Charge-Check connect to?Charge-Check is compatible with Lithium-ion batteries used in mobile phones and tablets that use a 5V USB charger. Use with the approved USB charger that came with your phone or tablet.

What is the difference between Charge-Check and Battery Saver Apps?Charge-Check is an accessory that will extend the lifespan of your phone or tablet’s Lithium-ion battery by protecting the battery from overcharging. Battery Saver Apps serve a completely different purpose. They do not extend the overall lifetime of a physical battery. Instead, they are designed to help when a phone battery drains quickly between charges. Today’s phones and tablets use a lot of battery draining background services. Even with a new battery, you might only have a few hours of use before the battery needs to be recharged. Battery Saver Apps detect battery draining apps and some suggest fixes. Many of these apps contain advertising.
